This project was part of an Open-Ended contract with St. Louis Community College. The scope of work included the demolition and redesign of existing classroom space at Florissant Valley Community College. The STEM Academy renovation included a computer lab, lounge space, classroom, and office area.

 

L2eOculus JV partner, L2e Solutions worked with Community College personnel to design a space that was not only functional but conducive to learning. The scope of work included design, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration as well as color selection and punch list site visits.
