The Community Based Out-Patient Clinic was designed by joint-venture partner, Oculus Inc., to reflect local and regional architecture. The clinic includes PACT, Audiology and Speech Pathology, Dental, Eye, Mental Health, Multi-Specialty, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMAR), Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PLM), and various support spaces. To achieve Green Globes® Two GG®-NC certification, the clinic features multiple energy saving features to achieve energy performance of 15% better than ASHRAE 90.1-2010
